Implementasi Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Webinar Kesehatan Ibu Dan Anak Berbasis Web Di Gokids Yogyakarta

Abstract

INTISARI

Proses pemesanan webinar yang tidak terkomputerisasi akan membuat data calon peserta tidak tersimpan pada tempatnya. Jika tidak dilakukan pendataan terhadap data peserta yang dimiliki, maka akan mempersulit pihak instansi untuk mendapatkan data yang tepat untuk dikelola sebagai informasi peserta. Proses pemesanan webinar menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi Ciokids Yogyakarta yang harus menyediakan fitur pemesanan secara tepat. Tahapan penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan tahapan model System Development Live Cycle (SDLC). Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data yang dibutuhkan, mengalokasikan kebutuhan sistem, merancang sistem berupa diagram konteks, diagram alir data, entity relationship diagram, relasi tabel, serta tampilan input dan output. Selanjutnya untuk membangun sistem informasi ini dengan menggunakan Framework Codelgniter. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah scbuah aplikasi sistem informasi pemesanan webinar berbasis web yang dapat membantu instansi dalam mengelola proses pemesanan webinar.

ABSTRACT

The process of ordering webinar classes that are not computerized will scatter the data of potential participants. If data collection is not carried out on the participant's data, it will be difficult for the agency to obtain the right data to be managed as participant information. The ordering process is one of the problems faced by Gokids Yogyakarta, which must provide the right ordering feature.The research stages used are the System Development Live Cycle (SDLC) model stages. The research was conducted by collecting the required data, allocating system requirements, designing the system in the form of context diagrams, data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, table relationships, and input and output displays. Next to build this information system using the CodeIgniter Framework.The final result of this research is a web-based webinar class ordering information system application that can assist agencies in managing the process of ordering webinar classes.
