Abstract

INTISASI

Sistem informasi kinerja pegawai berbasis komputer pada Dinas Pariwisata bagian kabag umum dan kepegawaian merupakan fungsi melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab besar untuk urusan kepegawaian dan bagian umum untuk kepegurusan kedinasan melaluhi sistem kerja kinerja pegawai sehingga membutuhkan sistem informasi berbasis komputer, SIBC ini sangat memanfaatkan dalam urusan kerja Dinas pada Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Sleman. Tujuan pada penelitian ini merupakan pengusulan sistem informasi kinerja sistem  dapat mempermudah untuk mengerjakan input data dengan mudah dari bagian operator kabag bagian umum dan kepegawaian. Hasil analisis dan pemodelan proses bisnis ini digunakan untuk memperbaiki alur kerja dan sebagai dasar pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang mampu mendukung alur pelaksanaan sistem informasi kinerja pegawai meliputi pengajuan usulan sistem, Hasil dengan sistem informasi ini dapat mempermudah untuk mengerjakan input data dengan mudah dari bagian operator kabag bagian umum dan kepegawaian. digambarkan dengan Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) dan peneliti akan ajukan sistem baru yaitu sistem informasi kinerja pegawai berbasis komputer. Analisis dan pemodelan proses bisnis pelaksanaan kinerja pegawai ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan sistem informasi.
